Steve Grace

​Steve has extensive experience managing portfolios for national and international retailers, manufacturers, distributors, telecom, high-tech companies, REITs, hospitality, healthcare, and utilities. A former Vice President at Duff & Phelps and Manager at KPMG, he also served as Senior Appraiser for the Dallas Central Appraisal District. He specializes in compliance, valuation, tax forecasting, abatements, exemptions, and appellate work, developing solutions to optimize property tax management and minimize tax burdens. Steve is a licensed Property Tax Consultant in the State of Texas and is a member of the Texas Association of Assessing Officers.
