Jeff Mills

Jeff Mills is a Managing Director at Property Tax Partners in Plano, Texas, where he leads the firm’s Energy Practice. With more than 25 years of experience, Jeff specializes in multi-state property tax compliance, valuation, and appeals, with expertise in oil and gas minerals, midstream assets, and other energy-related properties.

Jeff currently serves as President of the Oklahoma Association of Taxpayer Representatives (OATR) and is an active member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT). His career includes leadership roles with BDO USA, Merit Advisors, Cushman & Wakefield, Crowe, and Grant Thornton. Jeff earned his B.S. from the University of North Texas, holds the CMI designation, and is a licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant in Texas.
